The City of Fort Wayne has begun accepting applications for Mayor Tom Henry’s Youth Engagement Council for the 2018-19 school year.
Members of the program would “provide a voice for the youth of Fort Wayne to local government by engaging peers, creating innovative solutions, and working on projects.” Applicants must reside in Fort Wayne and be enrolled in high school between their sophomore and senior years.
Applications can be found on the City’s website, and will be accepted through Aug. 19.
