Evans hopes to make the Fort Wayne community a better place through yoga,

3 Rivers Yoga Foundation will be hosting its second annual Fill the Field "Yoga-in" this coming Thursday, July 29th at Parkview Field.

Besides a farmer's market style shopping experience, live music, kid's activities and other festive amenities, the event features a one hour, all-levels yoga class taught by Dan Nevins in the outfield.

Nevins, a military Veteran who lost his lower legs in Iraq in 2004, is a world renowned speaker whose story and passion for yoga inspire audiences with his message of perseverance and resilience.

For a rundown on what's in store and the organization's mission, WBOI's Julia Meek invited its founder and president, Sarah Evans, into the studio to discuss how yoga can build community as well as total wellness for every body.
