Northeast Indiana Positivity Rates For COVID-19 Improve

Another Allen County resident died from COVID-19, bringing the total to 171. There have been 4,713 confirmed cases of the disease.

With eight cases, Kosciusko County had the most new cases reported Tuesday, according to the Indiana State Department of Health. Their total is now 994, with a total of 12 deaths during the pandemic. The county’s seven-day positivity rate is at 10.85.

The state’s positivity rate for the past seven days is at 6.8 percent. 

Whitley County’s positivity rate is one of the highest in the region, with 9 percent over seven days. Steuben County’s is the lowest, with 1.6 percent.
