Summit City Music Theatre is putting a creative spin on its latest production, The Little Shop of Horrors, by taking it out of the theatre and into the greenhouse.

Besides a passion for sight-specific performance, SCMT members have a flair for the out of the ordinary and find this opportunity to combine music, comedy, dance and theatrics, as their tag-line attests, "deviously charming."

For a look behind the scenes, WBOI's Julia Meek invited company co-founder, Christopher Spalding and lead actor, James Stover into the studio to talk about the unique aspects of the upcoming show, the group's philosophy and the importance of its community connections.
