As 89.1 WBOI continues to grow and expand our news and programs, we must also continue to grow financial support from our listeners.

WBOI's Sustaining Members represent a reliable, steady, and incredible source of funding for the community news coverage and NPR programs you can hear every day on WBOI.

Five Buck Friday is an attempt to remove any financial barriers to becoming a contributing member of 89.1 WBOI by pledging just $5 a month on a credit or debit card. If you’ve never contributed to public radio, Five Buck Friday is an easy, inexpensive way to help pay for the programs you enjoy every day.
