Greater Fort Wayne has launched a new Network in the community, specifically designed to connect, inspire and empower women.
This will embrace the many individuals and organizations that support the city's diversity, and the individuals, networks, and organizations that support women and empower all people.
The group's activities will encourage career enrichment and professional development, and spotlight women's significant accomplishments and contributions to quality-of-life enhancements in Allen County.

To learn how it works, WBOI's Julia Meek invited two of the network's spear headers, Cheri Becker and Jami Thomas, into the studio to discuss these goals, and what this connective impact will mean to the community.
