As Cinema Centercontinues to celebrate its 40th anniversary with in-house improvements and expanded activities, it's also taking the "big screen" experience out into the community.

Thanks to Arts United's Amplified Arts Program, Cinema Center has acquired an outdoor inflatable screen, which executive director, Jonah Crismore, sees as an enjoyable, different way to share the cinematic experience.

WBOI's Julia Meek met with Crismore earlier this week to discuss the scope of these projects, and the new film-centric, community connections in progress.
