Cinema Center Hosts Fort Wayne's First Film Festival

Fort Wayne's Cinema Center is celebrating its 40th anniversary in June of 2016 with a four day, Hobnobben Film Festival.

Festival venues will include Cinema Center, Arts United Center, Arts United's Parkview Physicians Group ArtsLab Theater and USF's Robert Goldstine Performing Arts Center.

For a sneak peek at the plans, WBOI's Julia Meek invited Cinema Center's Executive Director, Jonah Crismore, to discuss what this means for film lovers and filmmakers alike.

A Fort Wayne native, Julia is a radio host, graphic artist, and community volunteer, who has contributed to NIPR both on- and off-air for forty years. Besides being WBOI's arts & culture reporter, she currently co-produces and hosts Folktales and Meet the Music.
