Despite the weather, there's no shortage of things to do on Fort Wayne's downtown riverfront, thanks to Promenade Park's new week night activity series.

From now through February, the Park Foundation Pavillion will provide a warm and welcoming space for old fashioned family games, dance promenading and a variety of musical and spoken word entertainment.

Meanwhile, the park will also be hosting a special Winter Cozy as part of this year's Winterval celebration.

Earlier this week, WBOI's Julia Meek sat down with the park's event coordinator, Jen Brown, to talk about the fun to be had in these cold and snowy winter months.
