Festival co-chair, Anthony Racic sees the rise in comedy consumption pointing to a comedy club right here in Fort Wayne, one day in the future.

With three days full of 23 diverse shows and workshops, the Maumee, Mary & Joseph Comedy Festivalwill be featuring more than 60 local, regional and national comedians, at nine downtown venues.

Festival co-chair Anthony Racic feels confident that the range and multi-faceted perspective of the weekend's lineup is sure to have something for everyone's amusement, and dubs Marina Franklin, Jacqueline Novak and Ms. Pat, performing on  Sunday evening at the Arts United Center, "a trifecta of Headliners."

For a sneak preview of what's in store, WBOI's Julia Meek invited Racic into the studio to discuss the funny business that's coming to town.
