The Allen County Election Board assures absentee voters the kerfuffle regarding numerical candidate reference lists is under control.
Thirty Allen County absentee voters received candidate lists with no numbers.
Allen County Director of Elections Beth Dlug said the issue has been investigated.
She said only a batch of ballots were affected and voters who received the botched lists have been identified. She says most of the affected voters have already contacted the election board.
Dlug said the election board will use documents returned by voters to determine clear intent of those affected.
