2021 Wine Pairing Dinner
The event begins at 5:30 p.m. with a 2- hour wine tasting hosted by WineTime, a local wine store focused on providing quality wines from around the world at a wide range of price points from affordable to exclusive. Owner, Jeff Armstrong, hand picks each wine he sells and provides pairing suggestions and tasting notes for every bottle.
During the pre-dinner wine tasting, you will have an opportunity to taste a variety of wines selected specifically for the WBOI/WBNI event. All wines are available for purchase on order from WineTime and Jeff generously donates a portion of every bottle you order to WBOI/WBNI
The six-course dinner begins with an appetizer, progresses through a salad, soup, pasta and entrée and ends with dessert - all prepared by Ceruti's Catering and served at their Summit Park location.
Each course is paired with a selected wine to match the food. There's a reason wine lovers rave about food and wine pairings. It's not always easy to find that perfect match, but when it comes together, it's magical. Dan and Krista Stockman, owners of Cheers! Wine Consultants, will lead diners through each course, sharing tasting tips and expert advice on pairing wine and food.
The event also includes both a live and silent auction, live music, and a very popular wine pull.
