Following a year and a half long study, the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne has unveiled its Women's Fund to the public.

Led by the belief that families and communities truly thrive when women are economically and physically secure, safe and healthy, the project, as its subtitle indicates is working to "move what matters."

WBOI's Julia Meek sat down with Greater Fort Wayne's Vice President of Philanthropic Services and project coordinator, Alison Gerardot, to discuss the fund's major points, how COVID drove its formulation and the impact it will have on the entire community.
