For this week’s show, we’ll hear a talk recorded as part of the Values, Ideas, and the Arts series at Manchester University. Lessons from The Federalist for Our Times comes from David Lay Williams, professor of political science at DePaul University.

This presentation was originally recorded at Manchester University’s Constitution Day celebration in September of 2019.
