Andy Downs, Director of the Mike Downs Center for Indiana Politics at Purdue Fort Wayne moderates two discussions about what the Civic Health Index tells us, as well as how Hoosiers can respond and become more civically engaged.
The panelists are Indiana Supreme Court Justice Randall Shepard and former Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller.
