Judge Wendy Davis

A former elected judge of the Allen County Circuit Court, Wendy Davis serves as a senior judge. The Allen County Democratic Party claims she is violating ethics rules prohibiting political conduct. Indiana court rules appear to allow political activity by senior judges.

Judge Wendy Davis served as a judge in a non-partisan capacity, but is now running in the Republican primary to take the Third District seat which will be open in 2024.
