Ten new COVID-19 deaths were reported Monday in Allen County, bringing the total of those claimed by the virus to 313.
An additional 248 new cases were added, bringing that total to 19,594, according to the Allen County Department of Health.
Throughout northeast Indiana, four other deaths were reported, one each in DeKalb, Kosciusko, LaGrange and Steuben counties.
While the highest percentage of those infected with the virus around the state remain those between the ages of 20-29, in northeast Indiana it is those between 50-59 with 16.8 percent.
24 percent of the state’s ICU bed capacity remains available, and 3,401 have been hospitalized, according to the Indiana State Department of Health.
Northeast Indiana COVID-19 totals for Nov. 30:
- Adams County: 38 new cases for 1,800 total. No new deaths, 23 total. 7-day positivity rate 7.3%.
- Allen County: 248 new cases for 19,594 total. 10 new deaths for 313 total. 7-day positivity rate 16.6%.
- DeKalb County: 32 new cases for 1,934 total. One new death for 35 total. 7-day positivity rate 17.4%.
- Huntington County: 17 new cases for 1,418 total. No new deaths for 10 total. 7-day positivity rate 10.2%.
- Kosciusko County: 33 new cases for 4,840 total. One new death for 42 total. 7-day positivity rate 12.3%.
- LaGrange County: 16 new cases for 1,522 total. One new death for 32 total. 7-day positivity rate 18.3%.
- Noble County: 48 new cases for 2,741 total. No new deaths for 47 total. 7-day positivity rate 11.8%.
- Steuben County: 18 new cases for 1,581 total. One new death for 16 total. 7-day positivity rate 10.7%.
- Wabash County: 29 new cases for 1,839 total. No new deaths for 22 total. 7-day positivity rate 17.5%.
- Wells County: 24 new cases for 1,370 total. No new deaths for 30 total. 7-day positivity rate 13.1%.
- Whitley County: 29 new cases for 1,407 total. No new deaths for 15 total. 7-day positivity rate 17.6%.
