The Allen County-Fort Wayne Capital Improvement Board agreed to extend some of the benchmarks for Electric Works on a 4-1 vote Thursday morning.
The deadlines for meeting leasing goals and financial commitments were July 1 and September 1 of this year, respectively.
Electric Works now has until February 1, with the closing date set for April 30, 2020.
