Classical 94.1 WBNI is holding a special Fall Fund Drive to provide support exclusively for the 24-hour classical music station.
Rent for the tower on which 94.1 WBNI broadcasts recently increased from $100 a month to $1,200 a month. This special fund drive is aimed at making up the additional cost to keep classical music on the radio.
Listeners of WBNI can pledge online or call 1-800-471-9264 to make a financial contribution.
There are a number of low-cost thank you gifts available for those who pledge at a level of $60 or more.
