Internationally recognized as one of the most influential and pivotal urban artists of the original NYC urban scene, Kool Koor, the creative pseudonym of South Bronx native, Charles Hargrove, is proud to be known as a first-generation graffiti artist of the late ‘70’s along with A-One and Toxic.

This year’s celebration highlights the renewed interest in community pride and sense of place that drives the artcentric momentum behind the city’s public arts program and illuminates our cultural skyline.

Operating as a public art program under the umbrella of the Fort Wayne Downtown Improvement District since 2017, the organization works to raise funds, and liaison between property owners and artists to bring murals and other public art to the community.
