Bryan "Breadwig" Ballinger feels that celebrating the absurd will make your life a whole lot more interesting.

Huntington author and Digital Media Arts Professor, Bryan Ballingerhas an affinity for the absurd, as his newest children's book, Animal Gas proves.

And his artistic passions extend beyond the kids world as well, embracing (but not limited to) creative photography, and a series of Kooky Cookery books, with its companion Kooky Chow blog.

WBOI's Julia Meek invited Ballinger into the studio to learn more about his personal perspective, and his fun approach to illustrating it.
