Soltré Blends Traditional Irish and American Genres In New CD

Soltré is a band of guys from Northern Indiana with a wide variety of musical background and talent that have come together to make music they love.

Their new cd, "Wherever You Are", showcases a distinctive blend of celtic, americana and bluegrass styles, featuring five singers and a dozen traditional instruments.

WBOI's Julia Meek met with Soltré's founder, Sean Ellsworth-Hoffman, and core member, Eric Fiechtner to learn how these varied musical traditions drive their passion and brand their signature sound.

For more information on Soltre's "Wherever You Are" cd, and their Summer performance schedule, visit the band's Facebook page.
