Local Podcast Showcases Women's World

Women Are Fort Wayne, the brainchild of Stephanie Gottesman and Traci Henning-Kolberg is an in-depth podcast series, about to launch its second season.

For a behind the scenes look at the project, WBOI's Julia Meek invited the team into the studio last week to talk about its purpose and the impact it is making on the community.

WBOI will distribute season two of Women Are: Fort Wayne starting this Monday, January 27th. Look for it in iTunes, Google Play, or whereever you get your podcasts.

You can connect with the project at the Women Are Fort Wayne Facebook page.

A Fort Wayne native, Julia is a radio host, graphic artist, and community volunteer, who has contributed to NIPR both on- and off-air for forty years. Besides being WBOI's arts & culture reporter, she currently co-produces and hosts Folktales and Meet the Music.
