Five northeast Indiana counties are back in the red advisory level with regards to community spread of COVID-19.

Only four northeast Indiana counties did not report deaths due to the illness on Wednesday, according to the Indiana State Department of Health.

Twenty new deaths were reported on Wednesday, and 7-day positivity rates were up across the region.

Only Wabash, Adams and Wells counties remain below 10 percent for 7-day positivity rates. Anything over 5 percent is deemed dangerous for community spread by the World Health Organization.
