Allen County has lost 175 residents to COVID-19, with the latest death reported Wednesday.
A total of 5,061 residents have been infected with the illness.Statewide, an additional 871 Hoosiers are reported to have tested positive, and 13 more have died, according to the Indiana Department of Health on Wednesday.
There were 28 new cases reported throughout northeast Indiana outside of Allen County. No new deaths were reported.
Those ages 20-29 now make up nearly 20 percent of all cases of COVID-19 throughout Indiana.
A total of 887 Hoosiers are currently hospitalized with the disease.
