Travis Pope is the president and general manager of WBOI. He previously managed day-to-day operations for Marfa Public Radio in West Texas and programming at Virginia's Home for Public Media.

David is responsible for individual and foundation giving at WBOI, including on-air fundraising. His background includes journalism and non-profit development. He spent two years as an AmeriCorps Volunteer before joining WBOI in June 2009. David also assists in the design and delivery of digital content through WBOI.org.

Rebecca manages the news at WBOI. She joined the staff in December 2017, and brought with her nearly two decades of experience in print journalism, including 15 years as an award-winning reporter for the Journal Gazette in Fort Wayne.

Ella Abbott is a multimedia reporter for 89.1 WBOI. She is a strong believer in the ways audio storytelling can engage an audience and create a sensory experience.

A Fort Wayne native, Julia is a radio host, graphic artist, and community volunteer, who has contributed to NIPR both on- and off-air for forty years. Besides being WBOI's arts & culture reporter, she currently co-produces and hosts Folktales and Meet the Music.

Mark volunteered and also served on NIPR's Community Advisory Board before becoming the Director of Underwriting. He is responsible for working with our existing corporate partners to continue the development of meaningful relationships. Jennifer is responsible for creating WBOI’s annual budget, completing monthly financial statements, working with CPAs on the annual audit, and handles day-to-day financial needs. She also completes and submits the Corporation for Public Broadcasting annual report.

Brianna Datta-Barrow is the Host of Morning Edition and Operations Coordinator at 89.1 WBOI and the host and producer of Who and What, a weekday news podcast focusing on Northeast Indiana news, culture, and events.

Cole Furlow has been a member of the WBOI content team since July 2025. He hosts Weekend Edition Saturday, while also voicing and producing station underwriting.
