Drug Court

Allen Superior Court Judge Fran Gull will retire at the end of this term, in December. It will conclude almost 30 years of service on the bench.

The money will support drug court clients who are experiencing homelessness or struggling to cover childcare costs, often issues that can cause relapse.

The problem solving court helps low-level, non-violent offenders with drug related charges avoid jail and get sober.

Allen County Superior Court's Drug Court is one of several problem solving courts that look to address root causes of crime and lower recidivism.
