North River Fieldhouse

Kansas City-based PB Development has built housing projects, as well as entertainment and sports complex. The North River project includes both.

One of the two finalists will have the task of turning a former scrap yard site into a multi-million dollar youth sports complex.

The goal of the facility is to establish Fort Wayne as a “key youth and adaptive sports tourism destination.”
