WBOI's Mosaic Series: Cajun

WBOI presents: Mosaic, an interactive series of cultural exploration, highlighting the various shapes and colors that make our country what it is today.   

Join us for an immersive evening of Cajun culture, cuisine and cocktails at Edwin Coe Spirits on Friday, Feb. 21 from 5-10 p.m.  - stop by and enjoy the evening's programming at your own pace. 

Tickets are $35 and include Cajun fare by Fork & Fiddle, fresh beignets by Zinnia's Bakehouse, a Cajun-inspired cocktail by Edwin Coe and an assortment of Cajun history, music, folktales and games hosted by the WBOI staff. 

Cocktails will be crafted with spirits distilled on-site at Edwin Coe Spirits. Edwin Coe Spirits is rooted in Cajun heritage and even uses a 90-year-old Cajun family recipe for its flagship spirit.
