89.1 WBOI’s new podcast, The I In Immigrant, is hosted and created by Ahmed Abdelmageed. The podcast features interviews with residents about their experiences living as an immigrant in Northeast Indiana.
In the eighth episode of the series, Ahmed spoke with Abdel Sako from Chad about how college changed the way he studied his Muslim faith, the importance of keeping an open mind when talking about immigrants and race and the impact his grandmother had on his life and his personality.
