My Summer Vacation
Aug. 18th - Aug. 22nd during Morning Edition, Here & Now, and All Things Considered

It’s the classic question for kids coming back to school: “What did you do on your summer vacation?” Maybe you remember writing an essay on the topic.

Well, students aren’t the only ones who do cool things in the summertime.  Many teachers also have the summer off.

So all this week, we’re flipping the script and asking five area teachers about unique experiences they had this summer. It’s called “My Summer Vacation.”
