Trump Protests 2025

From our friends at WFYI: The rally was a response to the 12 countries President Donald Trump put a travel ban on that went into effect that morning. Those countries include Afghanistan, Myanmar, Iran, Chad and Haiti. Additional countries such as Cuba and Venezuela now have heightened restrictions.

The demonstrations are part of an ongoing protest of the current presidential administration.

Protesters gathered in front of the Allen County Courthouse on Saturday for a day of action.

The coordinated protests Saturday were part of a national day of action with peaceful protests around the country targeting President Trump and others in elected office.

The 50501 movement focused on developing 50 protests in 50 states on one day, in opposition to the actions of President Donald Trump.

Despite steady rain and temperatures in the low 30s, the anti-Trump demonstrators marched. The protest was organized online and calls itself 50501, which stands for 50 states and 50 protests on one day.
