Indiana Primary Election 2026

A former elected judge of the Allen County Circuit Court, Wendy Davis serves as a senior judge. The Allen County Democratic Party claims she is violating ethics rules prohibiting political conduct. Indiana court rules appear to allow political activity by senior judges.

He cited trouble organizing a campaign ahead of the May 5 primary for the District 19 seat in northeastern Indiana covering all of Adams, Blackford, Jay and Wells counties and part of Allen County.

This year, all nine U.S. House seats, all 100 Indiana House seats and half of the 50 Indiana Senate seats will be on ballots.
