A day after Fort Wayne Mayor Sharon Tucker announced she would release the bodycam video, FWPD released the footage.

Mayor Sharon Tucker says it will be shown to the family of 22-year-old Linzell Parhm before it shown to the public.

Linzell Pahrm was shot to death near the intersection of John and Hurd streets. He was a part-time program director at the Euell A. Wilson Center.
